Shipping to United States/Canada Customers
- Orders received before 6pm CST during the business week (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours during the business week.
- For next-day delivery, please email info@ultimateoutdoornetwork.com. Additional charges will apply.
- Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.

Returns/Exchanges
We hope that you love your Ultimate Outdoors Apparel, but in case the fit isn’t “just right” or the style doesn’t suit you, we can exchange your product or issue you a refund. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition.
In the case of a return, we will refund the purchase cost of the returned item(s) within 5 business days of receiving the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds will be in the form of your original payment. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. If the refund is applied to a credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
To exchange items, please email info@ultimateoutdoornetwork.com to order the replacement item. This will ensure that you receive the correct item from us. Return the original item(s) using the instructions listed above for returns. We will bill your account for the replacement item and ship it for free following receipt of the original item. When we receive the original item, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. If the refund is applied to a credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
